A Pain the Neck

If you are a writer or anyone who spends their days in front a computer, then pop on over to WriteOn! Online to read my most recent column on neck and shoulder pain. It’s also the first in a three-part series on what I call the trifecta of writer’s pain — the neck and shoulders, headaches, and carpal tunnel.

Each of the articles in the series talks about what I most commonly see with my clients who complain of pain in these areas, and describe in detail the drill or drills I assign my clients to address these issues.

My critically important caveat is that because every person is unique, I can’t guarantee that what I describe will work for you. I can only tell you what I have experienced personally and what my clients have reported. As always, there is no substitute for seeing a practitioner in person.
