		<description>This is so true.  I was having trouble squatting and getting my hips and knees to move together evenly to lower my body.  I found a great video of someone doing the same motion and explaining it as only a gifted teacher can.

I watched it over and over paying attention to my breathing and imagining myself doing it, pausing the video as needed to slow down my thinking my way through the motions.  Then I got up and made some tea and decided to try it while the water was warming.  Amazing success, not a little but a LOT of improvement.</description>
