I just finished prepping tomorrow morning’s kettlebell meetup session. This one is an oldie, but goodie, that I haven’t pulled out in a while. Roll the Dice.
Short version (without giving away the surprise):
- Roll the dice. Determines the drill.
- Roll again. Determines the reps (for something like a swing, may do x10 to increase the challenge).
