New Year KB Jumpstart

Jumpstart 2009 with a 4-week kettlebell class!

Whether you are new to kettlebells or an experienced enthusiast, we tailor these small classes to our audience. New kettlebellers will safely learn the basic moves, while experienced KB’ers will be challenged with new variations on old classics.

Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6:30-7:20am
4 weeks: January 13 – February 5
Price: $199

Returning clients: 20% off
Referrals: Bring a friend, and we will take an ADDITIONAL $10 off for each friend who signs up. If you can’t join your friend for this session, we’ll hold on your referral balance until you can join us.
