Welcome!

This week I secured a new space for teaching group kettlebell classes. I am really excited about this new opportunity, teaching closer to home, and teaching on a regular basis so I can really watch my clients progress.

I’ve been excitedly developing new sessions and programs and can’t wait to see how people respond. I’ll be heading downstairs tonight to try out my latest version of the deck of cards workout — hopefully slightly less evil than the last version I tried!

I’m also deep in the midst of preparation for my Z-Health R-Phase certification. Between trying to avidly study the R-Phase and Neural Warmup 1 books and videos as well as a crash course in anatomy, it’s keeping me busy! I’m really looking forward to this certification — I’m positive I’m going to learn tons of things that will help me be a better instructor and that I can use to help my clients and friends get out of pain.A lot going on — exciting, and a bit terrifying!
